The average length of time it takes to use a toilet is probably less than 5 minutes under most circumstances. However, when a worker is forced to seek toilets at another location, these 5 minutes could extend into half an hour or more, depending on how far he or she must travel and whether or not there's a line. With portable toilets at the construction site, this 5 minutes is all it will take. This can potentially save hours of time that would otherwise be lost.

Lower budget

As they say: time is money. The longer a project takes to complete, the more the project will eventually cost. The increased time that results from a lack of portable toilets can be enough to increase the final total by a significant percentage of what it would be otherwise. While they're not free to rent, these types of toilets can more than pay for themselves in this way.
